The guestrooms at Palais Hongran De Fiana are absolutely charming! Each room is uniquely decorated, giving it a cozy and homey vibe. I loved the personal touch and it made me feel right at home.
Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms had a balcony. But that's just my preference, some people might not mind at all.

An excellant base for sightseeing in Nice. The stuff was helpful here. Room with a balcony overlooking the med. Vews to the beach and sea beyond. It was located in a shopping area just next door to beach, restaurants, shops, outdoor market, and public transport and market,:)))
It had old bathroom.

great location, beautiful balcony view, spacious apartment in the middle of the Old Town. Convenient access to Carrefour and MonoPrix for groceries. Helpful owner provided ample coffee. Good value for money despite Rugby World Cup pricing. Lovely restaurant opposite entrance. Fantastic experience staying at Palais Hongran De Fiana.
noisy at night due to nearby bars and beach parties

Good price, met the needs. Beautiful apartment with a magic view of the sea. Setting right by the historical centre, the beach and all the buzz of Nice old town and Nice´s old town. Btw, located near everything we liked to visit. Genuinely helpful people, no reason to complain. Very comfy beds in good sized rooms...
Bad free Wi-Fi.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated near the beach, restaurants, and the charming old town. It was very convenient to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions. the apartment had large, shuttered windows that provided a lovely view and plenty of natural light.
The lack of a shower door, which tended to make the bathroom floor quite wet. Another drawback was the difficulty of accessing the upper floors, particularly for guests with heavy luggage.

The rooms are absolutely charming and uniquely decorated, giving off a cozy and homey vibe. I loved the fact that each room has a kitchen, which is perfect for me as I enjoy cooking my own meals. The private bathrooms are clean and come with all the necessary toiletries. Plus, having a seating area in every unit adds an extra touch of comfort.
Personally, I didn't find the balconies in some units very appealing. But hey, that's just my own taste, and I'm sure others might enjoy them.

The location was fire, right in the heart of the old town. We rented bikes and went windsurfing, which was sick. The rooms were spacious and had a sick sea view. The owners were chill and the air conditioning saved us from melting in the summer heat.
The only thing we wished for was a sick rooftop party spot at the hotel. It would've been dope to have a cool hangout area for young party-goers like us.

Our stay at Palais Hongran De Fiana was absolutely delightful. The view from our window was stunning, overlooking the charming rooftops of the surrounding houses. The location was perfect, with many restaurants in the vicinity and just a block away from the beach. Despite the language barrier, the owner, M. Vallet, made us feel incredibly welcome and we were able to communicate well. The apartment itself was spacious and had a great city view from the 4th floor. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property for a sunny and cheerful stay.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of Nice for a week. The location couldn't have been better - just steps away from the opera and the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. The studio apartment was spacious, clean, and decorated with lovely original paintings. The large windows and high ceilings made the room feel airy and bright. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed buying fresh produce from the nearby market. The building itself was magnificent, with a dramatic staircase and a light, happy atmosphere. The owners were kind and helpful, ensuring we had a memorable stay. I would absolutely stay here again.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
